I started my formal cycle training journey in February and was thrilled to receive my Level 2 Award in Instructing Cycle Training in October. After a four day course and lots of online learning I then needed to get 72 hours of practice in before having my final qualification signed off. Thank you to everyone who helped me achieve this by agreeing to be “trained” by me over the spring and summer and providing invaluable feedback and support during this journey. Thank you especially to Martha who at short notice stepped in to be my student for my final assessment in September and stuck through our lesson in the rain while I was being observed by the examiner.
