What to wear
Wear something comfortable that you can cycle in – trousers are good. If you are wearing a longer dress you need to be able to tie it up so that it stops at or above your knees and not too tight so that you can still move your legs while cycling. Wear shoes that cover your feet.
Where to meet
We will meet near the children’s play area of Alexandra Park. This is near the entrance by Northern Parade and opposite Gladys Avenue. The nearest bus stop is Gladys Avenue.
